air intake

what type of mpg gains do i stand to gain on a f350 5.4 with an aftermarket air filter

not much, maybe 1 or 2 mpg if you are lucky, but it will definantly allow the truck to breathe better, if you have the extra cash its worth it

Correct, best thing to do for MPG is keeping your foot off the gas, but driving nicely plus an intake/exhaust you may see some increase in MPG
