Man, I live in Austin, hippie tree-hugger capital of Texas and probably 1/4 of the trucks I see every day seem to be running dumped or no muffler at all. They seem to get inspected just fine and I sure don't see any sheriffs or DPS pullin' em over for being loud.

You'll be fine with that Roush, it'll sound great.

I can attest to that.

Hey Stealth, how loud is it when you first crank up in the morning? My Borla sounds it's loudest then, so how does the Roush OR sound at that time?.. Just curious...

Loud in the morning as well. It sure sounds better than any other exhaust I've ever heard on any truck. I get plenty of looks from other trucks.

I think my post PRIOR to yours states I know what a true offroad setup is, you however made another post regarding what I JUST explained to you. It's simple, it's a cat back and not illegal.

Just called Roush Performance and they told me it is street legal but, if you have a city ordnance about how load an exhaust can be then your f-ed. I'll probably place order it this weekend.

It's good, but it ain't that good! part of what you're hearing is all those dollars you spent for it clanging around.

It's only as loud as compared to how much foot you put in it.

At least it'll never rust out.
