Body lift with bolt on Cat back?

I have a question for you fella's. I plan on getting a body lift in the near future as well as I had plans on getting a Roush OR cat back for my truck, my question is when I get them both put on will there be a 3in' gap from the Ex. tips from the rear bumper? Would they be three inches lower than they would normally be if I get a body lift? If so is there anyway to fix it?

Yes it will be lower, and it will have to be fabricated by a exhaust shop to sit upi normally.

I ran into the same problem when I body lifted mine. The exhaust was three inches lower from the body than it used to be. It looked like crap. My local exhaust guy made new rear ehaust hangers and the ones that hold the muffler and it came out perfect. You can kinda see the pipes in my gallery.

i'm new to ford's, but on my old chevy, my bumper was attached to my frame and the body lift only lifted my bed, so my bumper stayed in the same place and i just got a piece of diamondplate to fit between the bumper and bed which looked pretty nice. not sure about the newer ford's though.

They supply brackets that bolt from the frame and bolt the bumper up higher. The only bad thing is the bumpers are pretty much useless after this. Not very strong compared to being bolted directly to the frame.

you will just have to go to an exhaust shop and have them rebend some tubes i believe so that it doesn't sit so low.
