I was wondering the same thing. Not saying he did this but I know alot of people think they can add all the bolt ons to the stock hp. "Oh, 30hp for the exhaust, 20 for the intake, e-fan good for 12...gee, I gained 62 hp at the rears!!!"

I have an 04 screw with AFE CAI, and the Air Raid throttle body spacer and I have noticed a very nice jump in mid-range power. I also added the Edge Programmer and with this combo along with catback exhaust I am down to a 6.80 sec. 0-60 time. Not bad for a rig, and the whistle from the Air Raid, I don't even notice it unless I am really trying to hear it.

since i put my airaid on. truck idles nicer, sounds better, got bout 1-2mpg out of it. and theres a noticable power increase
