What CAI with Banks exhaust?

What CAI with Banks exhaust?
This is my first post on a wonderful forum site. Its good to see a bunch of Ford guys together figuring things out and sharing their trucks with each other. On to my question.
I have a 2007 4.6L ext. cab 2x4 STX. I purchased the Banks monster exhaust and put it on within 2 days of buying the truck brand new. I love it. Plenty of growl and loads of power. Now I'm ready to take the next step and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on which CAI and programmer to use to get maximum results. Thanks in advance guys.
