Opinions PLEASE!

I've heard a lot of good things about all of these products...with that said i'm having trouble deciding..

Exhaust- Roush OR, Roush (legal), Flowmaster
Intakes- Roush, k&N, Air1

Opinions needed.....Thanks

Intakes, it would be helpful to know your engine size and model year.. it makes a difference...
