It also narrows down to a little under 3" for approx 3.5 - 4" of the 7" section right where the MAF sensor goes also as justjoecrabb stated. This is looking promising!! I think i have the right one here guys!! All the stars are starting to align.
Will call Troyer in the morning to confirm it.
Nice one justjoecrabb!!

Thanks all.

I told you before STOP washing it so much yours must be made from a cotton based metal that promotes shrinkage of some sort, Time off is always good, not doing too much to the truck right now still gathering parts for now,

NOW GET THAT CHIT ON MAN........

Looking forward to some pics of the AF1 installed. I have a question, maybe someone or the wise MGD will help me and sorry for the thread jack. I got the edge eveo on my 404 5.4 and was wondering which AF1 to get 3 or 3.5?? Or maybe something else.

This is what this whole thread is about!!! You need the 3" AF1. If you get the 3.5" you will need a custom tune in order to run it without getting a lean condition.

Good luck!

The Before.

The After.

The 3" reduction inside the 3.5" Tube.

It has a deeper growl on acceleration. Have not heard the whistle yet! But i have not put the boots to her yet either!
