straight pipes

i have a 2003 5.4l, it has dual straights and is very loud, i want to try to keep it kinda loud but it is killin my hp and gas mileage, whats a good loud muffler that would work? are glasspacks good?

A lot of people use cherry bombs and are happy with the tone down. Personally, I like mine with no muffler, single exh at RR thru 4 cats.
Sounds like a dam fine muscle car on the few occations I hear it leave

Bullets, any single chamber muffler, slp resinator.

When running now muffler and four cats is there enough back pressure so it will not hurt the engine?
