SKRWZ,that is alot dif from my Factory Y!!!They must have changed it the Y during the years.What size motor do you have??It looks like you would have to take the 02 sensors out and have new bungs welded in your new pipe. i would say you should place your new 02's the same distance from the cats as what they are now.

Kevin,
I have a 5.4 with the E40D transmission same tranny as the (Lightning's and the 7.3 PSD), I'm thinking of having to cut the exahust past the "Y" put in some new pipe with some new O2 bungs, then to a "X" pipe and to the mufflers

this is what I'm thinking the cat pipe should look similar to after its changed, but it would be much easier to just get this part and swap it in
