I received my Troyer stage 1 package today and will try and get the intake and exhaust on tonight.I got the AF1 3" CAI and the Magnaflow SI/SO.Here is the question.Should I disconnect the battery so the computer will change anything if need be after the install of the 2 and If so should I get the additional info Troyer needs from the SCT programmer before I do this?Thanks for the help.

 

Yes, you should disconnect the battery. It allows the computer to reset and make adjustments for the added airflow that intake and exhaust will give you.

I'm not sure about the second part though, I'm not familiar with the process of ordering a custom tune from Troyers.
