Welcome to the forum!!

Pretty much any straight-through exhaust should get ya at least a 1 mpg gain, some people see more. I gained 1.8 mpg highway with my Borla.

Tho if ya want it really loud skip the mufflers altogether, you'll probably lose some low-end grunt tho.

With the right pipe diameter and/or an H or X pipe, no low-end grunt should be lost with true duals. If you want it loud, go true dual straight pipes (add an H or X pipe if you please).

I have true dual straight pipes (no H or X pipe, I figured if it felt like I needed it, I'd put it on later) on my 5.4 and haven't noticed a loss. I've picked up a consistant 1 MPG more than stock exhaust, but I didn't put on true duals for the MPG gain... HAHA I love the loudness!!!
