Hey Guys, I have a 07 SCrew 5.4. I have a AEM Brute Force Intake with a Gibson Dual Sport exhaust. The drone in the cab between 2000 and 2500 rpm is pretty bad. I've been looking at the Corsa exhaust and was just wanting some feedback on Corsa. This is my everyday truck 600 miles a week.

I have a feeling that it's not necessarily your exhaust that is giving you all that drone. It could be your intake or a combination of the both. When my truck was completely stock and I put on a K&N intake I would get some drone around 2200 ...about the same range and I had the stock exhaust. I heard gibson's were pretty quiet though. Maybe look into replacing the muffler you have with a slightly larger one and see if that helps.

 

I agree, it is your AEM intake. I just removed mine and the sound is much better now. The AEM is a noisy beast.
