ordered a ebay intake

ordered a ebay intake

it didnt come with instructions and i was wonderinf if anyone hag a generic set they could help me with thanks in advance

Hi - if it's for an 04+ truck, return it - you are playing with fire ...

EDIT - saw the link: - don't bother - suspect filter quality, aluminum pipe is not good intake material...

could you give me a run threw on the slight modifications,,, mine will be hear sat just want to get my self prepaired

You will need to either leave the plastic cover off or trim it to fit the hoses through (the TRITON 4.6L cover over the TB).

You will need to get four smaller bolts to fit them through the MAF holes to mount the airfilter on.

You will need to re-route the hoses for the vaccuum lines and IAC (make sure you cut them long so you can adjust once everythign is installed.

I think that is it.

If you have any mechanical skills you will be able to figure out all that you will need to do.
