Clifford Headers for I6?

If anyone could help me out with this...

I'm wanting to fix up my 6 with some aftermarket materials because dropping a V8 would be a waste IMO because of the long lasting life of the I6. I just got my 2 stock cats replaced with 1 highflow cat and got a 40 series Flowmaster dumped . It's alright.

My question is, are these headers really worth it? On the website ( www.cliffordperformance.net ) it gaurantees a 18-22% gain in power on the stock engine. Do you really think I could get at least 18% which calculated to be about 30HP out of it?
