Question Side Exit Exhaust

Who knows the best place/price to get a side exhaust for a 07 F150 supercab. I dont care what brand but prefer Magnaflow or Bassain. Anyone have pics/sound clips?

Let us know what you decide on because iv'e literally been contemplating for about 3 weeks, but cant bring myself to make a decision. Im thinking about the Magnaflow dual side exit exhaust or the Dual side behind rear tire exhaust.

Forgot to tell you when you click on an item there is a button next to the picture that says "Email best offer" put the lowest you can think of and they might accept it or they will decline it and come back to you with a counter offer. I sent an emial for the Magnaflow dual side exit at $360.00 and they counter offered me at $379.66 it was selling for like $518.00 before i sent my best offer.

on performancepeddler, pick the system you want and when you go to your shopping cart, enter the code ebay2e. This will give you the discounted price for the system such as 379.73 for the 16616 maggie side exit. you can also go to continue shopping and see the discounted price next to every system.

To be honest, I have no idea. I have been going back and forth on the maggie 16612 SISO or something else for my new truck. I know people on this forum do tend to like the maggies and I would say they are def the best quality/price. Not sure how much "drone" you might get with the 16616 dual side out in front of tire. I would search some on that before making a final decision.

I just install the 16616 this past weekend. At 70 mph, we could barely hear the drone with the radio off.

Saw your gallery. Regarding the threaded hanger, I just installed the same thing on my Lariat. The bolt appears to be too short. That's because we'd have it go through the shackle and tighten on both ends. Installed mine so one nut and washer was on the inboard ( towards the drive shaft) part of the shackle, and one was inside the shackle itself. Very tight and secure setup. I would've preferred to have a longer bolt myself. I had to cut the extension pipe down to ~14" as well. Sorry to hijack.... just noticed the same prob. with the threaded hanger. Oh, BTW, @70, a mild "burble" if that makes sense. Lot's more low end and a great sound when accelerating. I have a short MPEG that I can email that has sound.

I also just installed the MagnaFlow 16616 and absolutely love it! Has a nice, deep rumble on accel, but at idle and cruise it is barely noticeable.

Got from e-bay "exhaustman 1969" who has a business called My Performance Exhaust. Was listed "buy it now" for $379.95 and w/ shipping and insurance came to $455.95. Installation was very easy, did it myself in 2.5 hours, taking my time. The comments about the threaded hanger are something I would like to see MagnaRep pay attention to...the threaded portion is about 3/8 to 1/2" too short to use both locknuts on either side. You're stuck with either the option above, or in my case, I Dremel'ed the inside radius of the hanger and could run the outside nut down enough to allow use of the inner one. Had no problem with extension pipe fit.

You could always spend more, but this setup met my needs and I am absolutely satisfied! Good luck on your decision!
