Fram Air Hog or K&N?

I am thinking about replacing my stock air filter on my 05 F150 4.6L STX 4X4 with only 9,000 miles. I am thinking about either getting a Fram Air Hog or a K&N. I want to get a cold air intake for it but I just got the truck last week and the wife said I had to wait. Which one of these filters do you think is the best to use on my truck? I have had K&N filters before but it was on smaller motors( 04 Sport Trac 4.0L & 04 Ranger 3.0L) and could not really tell a difference in performance. Thanks for the help.

Andrew

I recently installed the K&N in my truck and i'm very happy with it combined with my Edge.

It really made a difference in my opinion against the stock.
