so today i got my Imco Extreme installed and woow its loud the only thing i dont like is ocasionally it pops so i prob wont keep it but for 25 bucks for the muffler how could i complain if you want loud than this is the muffler for you

 

I love my Extreme, just last week I pulled into the BP to get gas & a fellow Dodge owner compliments me on the sound. Said it was the best soundin’ Ford he’s heard in a long time! Thank the good lord, Ford finally went with just two cats

 

you didnt run true duals did ya? when ya do that you have to have an equalization pipe or it will pop if ya didnt know

 

you went with the 3''si/2.5"do right? very curious to hear a sound clip of it before you take it off! $25 ain't bad at all, was the $75 for the full install?

ahh sweet, I didn't know Ford stopped doing the 4 cat thing, new for 2006 + trucks?

 

Yeah, mine only has one small cat right off each manifold. But not sure when they started it! '05 or '06?

 

4 cats was 05 and down.
2 cats is 06 and up.
No cats is me.

i bought the Si Do its right on the home page i was going to buy the muffler for 75$ from this guy till i found it on the website i paid 15 bucks to get it welded on, but it was sooo loud i got it changed back to my 70 series ALREADY until june cos i cant afford any more tickets otha wise my otha one goes on my record lol
