12586 Magnaflow

Had Exhaust Pro add a 12586 Magnaflow muffler and a Stainless tip for $169.63.

NO Exhaust

I have a 2005 FX4 5.4L Threw out stock restricting exhaust from the "Y" Pipe. The "Y" pipe has a Catalytic convertor on each bank so NO muffler is required. Its LOUD when you first start it but after a minute the CAT baffles warm up and it quiets down nicely. I also put on a K&N air filter and intake system. Sounds good with dual pipes. The only drawback is a slight hesitation
on stepping on gas to pass (sorta like a bad accelerator pump on a 4Barrel of old) Other than that lots of air and no restrictions. Also when you stomp on it "R O A R !!!" Have fun deciding RIP
