a cfm flow qustion on different exhaust size

i don't know the formula curios if anyone else does- curious what a 3" single flows versus a 2.25" dual setup and a 2.5" dual setup- interms of cfms and velocity- thanks i n advance-phil

2.25 is a ittle quieter, 2.5" is louder and gets along with the 5.4L. 3" wont really do anything muc it will sound like a 2.5" so your best off with true dualed 2.5" pipes.

i went with 2.25" for maximujm tq- i make 300 ftlbs at 2500 rpms and it stays ther till 4300 the drops- my question is not on sound but on cfm's-phil
