Opinions on set-up

Sorry for all the questions-just trying to get it right:

Right now I have a y-pipe where the muffler is. I want the same tone just a lot louder.

If I true dual it and cut evreything off after cats put an x-pipe there and then run st8 out the back, will it be loud? Will it sound good?

Sorry for the repeatative question-just havent gotten an answer to convince me to go that way.

Hey fordwithflows. Sorry to get off topic, but I was just wondering how you like your 295 tires. I am getting some new BFG All Terrains soon, and you have the same style truck as me. What do you think of this set-up: 16x8 rims (5" backspacing), cranked torsion bars, and 295/75/16 BFG All Terrains?

As for the exhaust, keep me updated on the set-ups. I am considering going no muffler, and have true duals all the way through. Thanks for the help, and sorry to get off topic.

I love my BFG's. I will be keeping them mounted on stock rims and use them as winter tires. After winter I will be gettting a 6" susp and I already have 37" tire

Can anyone add some input to my first question.

dual straights without cats if you want real loud ;-) where i live, alot of people run dual straights with the cats on.. and they just have good tone and aren't that loud.
