Header feedback
I'm at the point I need Exh manifold gaskets on my stock cast irons, considering putting Ford racing or Summit headers on and ditching the stockers and at the same time replacing the stock cat. Does anyone have suggestions?

You should upgrade to long tube headers and high flow cats. That would be the best. The second best would be shorty headers to bolt to stock exhaust, and high flow cats. I would definitely go with stainless steel headers.
