yes it does. i know that wasnt adressd to me but , with sound i know it will. out the side should be louder. but i dont know about performance. so im not gonna say yes or no because theres a 50% chance id be lying

 

i ran a exhaust cut out just before my flo's and then had them weld on a short pipe and dual tips out just in front of my rear passenger tire on my 4.6L

when u put any gas in it at all or even at idle.......its loud

i live in a 6000 sqft house and when i idle in the driveway, i can hear it clear as day on the other side of the house

and the best part is, unscrew 3 bolts, put the cap back on the y-pipe and wam bam thank ya mam, your back to being legal
