Well Ive planed on replacing my cats but Im straped for money because Ive yet to be paid for a large job that cost me good money. So I want to make my truck a little louder and have less backpressure(my cats are clogged). So I plan to take and cut one or two. Whats the easiest thing to cut them with. I would use a torch but mine is empty.
