Question Rattle rattle thunder clatter boom boom boom?

Ok, not really all of that, but a rattling sound. It's coming from the exhaust somewhere, at a low RPM (under 2K) when the motor is under a load, like pulling the boat or turning out of my driveway up the hill. Any ideas? It sounds as if it's coming from the back, but I'm not positive.

loose clamp? Happened to me when at low rpm and truning the damn pipes seemed to have a metal reverb or clanking. Had the clamps dogged down and tach welded the nuts no problem ever since

The exhaust is fully welded, it is aftermarket.

Couple options to check: Check your space where you tails exit make sure they dont hit the bumper, check all your hanger make sure none have dropped out of place or the welds cracked as well as your clamps, anything near your pipes tire! leaf springs! axle! Just a thought here tryin to help narrow ideas. Which way do you turn? I know you mentioned yours is fully welded but check your welds, I had one bad clamp and weld and it rattled like a #$@%$. JUst my .02

Awww man, you want me to go outside don't you. It's only a nice 96 degrees out. I'm thinking it could be a loose hangar, which is causing one of the tips to rub against the hitch....I think....

Damn... I just went out and looked at it, and the welds on tailpipe hangar on the pass side broke off

Yeah, it was kinda cool under the truck. KINDA. As in, lowest temp of hell. But yeah, it's the hangar. Guess I'll have to call up the exhaust shop and see what they can do.

Took it to the shop, and they reweled it for free.
