Yes, I put the Gibson "Swept Side" on my '02 King Ranch a couple years ago, and have been pleased with it. You can barely tell the difference from stock at idle, but get a low rumble when you step on it. It's barely noticeable at cruising speed. That, and the K&N FIPK made a big difference in throttle response.

Good luck

I had a a SS gibson SI/DO on my super duty. After 4 years all the hangers that were welded to the stainless muffer rusted off, guess they were regular steel.
All the clamps they included were regular steel also. There was only a very slight improvement in sound and no real improvement in performance.

gibson cat-back

I installed an aluminized SISO Gibson cat-back about a month ago. Relatively quiet, certainly not 40 or even 50 series Flowmaster sound from similar setup. Sounds good though if you don't want to disturb the neighbors. haven't noticed anything from butt-dyno... but really didn't expect to either. OEM downtubes runn from cats to collector that converts to standard 2.5" (I think) pipe. Gibson cat-back connects a couple feet behind this. So... exhaust still mut travel through a length of small pipe b4 emptying into the 3" gibson pipe. Anybody know of a collector that will easily mount for transision into 3" pipe? Easy installation... it's getting the OEM exhaust off. The hanger in front of spare has small clip on it and will not come out of rubber hanger until you remove it. Also, there is a keyway/key setup of sorts on top of connector pipes upstream of muffler. They will not pull directly apart, about 1/4 turn then pull them apart. '06 FX4 Scab
