I have the predator mod, flowmaster cat back with 3 inch, K&N CAI and I am considering adding headers and changing the plugs and wires. Just wanted to get some feedback on what to choose. I am up here in Canada, if that has any impact.

 

I like my JBA's on my 04 4x4 crew 5.4 and cooler 1F plugs.

I have decided to go with stainless JBA's. How much time should this take for an 04 4.6L? I don't want to get hosed at the mechanics...

 

My very experinced exhaust installer took 7 hours and charged me $350. Do youself a favor and get Stage 8 locking header bolts $60....you don't want to tighten them latter.
