Now before i go out and buy a set of headers.

Can some one tell me how hard it is to bolt up a par of headers into a 91 302 v8.

I belive you can buy headers that bolt right into the truck, accept there's the clearance issue.

 

Actually, I've seen many shorty headers that will bolt up to the 302, and a few long tubes too. BBK I think makes both. I don't think they'd be that hard to install, passenger side maybe if memory serves.
