Mileage difference in headers?

I'm trying to decide whether or not I want to install Gibson headers for my 5.4. I keep on hearing different expectations from multiple people but none have any 5.4 experience. I already have a AEM Brute Force intake and Borla Split cat back (split after the cat) and I experienced nice gains in HP, Torque, and gas mileage. Does anyone know what I can expect for differences in horsepower, torque, and gas mileage still using the stock downpipes and cat?

Usual gains are 10-15 hp's on the rollers, and mileage goes up, but nothing really noticeable . This is from what I hear. I've researched a little and would personally go with Bassani or JBA or BBK. They offer some nice high quality headers and their websites give some dyno #'s. Good luck.

Last monday I had JBA headers installed on my truck. We just returned from a very long weekend trip. I got about an extra 35-40 miles per tankful compared to my previous best tanks.

These trucks weigh quite a bit, so it may not work the same.... but my 95 Z28 with the 350 LT1 always averaged about 21mpg stock with 80% of it highway cruising at 65mph. After adding an intake and cat-back exhaust it improved maybe 1-1.5mpg (about 20miles more per tank as compared to stock). But after adding some mid-length headers and a hi-flow cat, 26-27mpg was not a problem (stock the car got about 300 miles per 13.5 gal fill-up, after these three mods 360-370 miles was the norm, with the headers/cat making the biggest difference).

I have noticed about a 1 mpg difference with the intake and magnaflow on my truck. I'm hoping headers and hi-flow cats will make a good difference too since this is now my daily driver. Uncorking the exhaust really helps mileage in general though.
