EGR Question

Guys,

P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected,
I took the EGR valve off, cleaned it with carb. cleaner, got deep down inside it with a battery cable brush (male end) which works GREAT, btw.

What else could cause this code?

Thanks!

Funny thing is I got the same code when my headers were installed. Seems that the little vacuum line on the right got broken off inside the EGR Valve and we never noticed. Check my gallery for a specific shot of what I'm talking about...BTW I got the exact same code. If you can clear it, make sure to let the truck wit without drawing any current for a while. Clear the driving memory.

BTW, you probably should only post a thread in one location...some people get a little antsy in their pantsy's if you know what I mean!
