i've got the 4.9 liter slant 6. Wondering if anyone here has an muffler on one. I'm guessing a flowmaster muffler would be suffecient.

 

i put a flowmaster 40 series si/do on my 90' shortbed straight 6. i ran the pipes to the bumper...got many of compliments on that, they thought i had a 5.0 under it......it was 3 inch inlet 2.5 outlet. i miss that truck.

 

flowmaster should sound really good on that truck, IMO

 

yea the 300 is'nt to far off the 302 though. Though to it is 2 less cylinders so. Yea i would love a flowmaster on it. I would like to do it myself. Probably just y pipe it and run duals out the side. I could get the one in and 2 out of the muffler.
