The pipes are Aluminum... The Muffler and Tips are Stainless...

It kind of works out because I plan to have the pipes bent to exit behind the rear of each tire...

How is it?

See now i am in the same situation as you all with the married and house thing for under a year now, but have a 6 month old to boot. And my lovely bride decided the best thing to get me for my b-day was a S&B CAI and Diablo Predator programmer! Gotta love that girl. Anyway, I am also still interested in Mad Hatter for an exhaust and would like to know how everything goes with yours after you get it installed. Like all parts in set, sound, quality... Thanks in advance.

I love it.......

Hey Buddy,

LOOK HERE: DarrenWS6 or anyone else I have a ?
This is a Thread I started has pics of what I got and the finished product!!

I would buy from Mad Hatter again... x2

My pipes required some modifying but other then that went smooth!!
I think is I had a Screw with the 6.5 foot bed it would have not needed any modifying... Ext pipe and rear pipes where just to long for my Flared Scab

Here's Mad Hatters # should you want to call them:

the only problem with those systems is they are crimp-bent and not mandrel bent, which explains the cheaper price. mandrel bending is a lot more efficient then other types of bending as maintains a constant and smooth inside diameter.

I paid an extra 20 bucks for Mandrel bent pipes!!

Sure the pipes aren't stainless... But come spring I'm having them redone to exit behind the rear of each tire!

Are they able to have them exit right behind the tires instead of straight out the back? Or will they do single side exit?

Just for an update. My wonderful wife bought me an exhaust kit from MadHatter off ebay, and I am extremely happy with it. She paid about $300 for the magnaflow 12258 muffler and the 45deg kit. The sound is deep, but not obnoxious, which is what i wanted considering i now have 2 kids(19months and 5 months). It installed in about an hour and ten minutes and exits out of the corners of the rear bumper at a 45deg angle. I will put pix up from the ones like me who like to see and hear results before they spent the dough!
