Bad R/S Exhaust Manifold,

My 2001 SCrew has a rusting out exhaust manifold on the right side. I have the 5.4 motor.
Can you guys tell me what I'm in for when I go to change it?
It looks like if I pull off the right front tire, and bend back the plastic inner fender I can get at it. Is that true?
I can see one of the studs is completely gone from rust.

its easier to take of all of the inner fender instead of bending also if you raise the engine it helps
