Has any 1 here from NY ever heard that NY changed there noise regs on exhaust? A friend of mine has a dakota v6 and a state trooper gave him a ticket for loud exhaust, it's not as loud as a new hemi fullsize dodge. I just want to know if any 1 else has heard of this b4 I go and get mine done and have to pay more $$$ to get it fixed.
