i have gotten spin tech mufflers put on my 5.4, and its only after cat from the factory y pipe, with a 3inch pipe going to a single in dual out muffler, i am very happy with it, and it tends to set off car alarms. but if there is anyone out there looking for new exhaust, try take a look at spintech.
