i have a 03 FX4 and i would like it to sound a little meaner and also get a little more power out of it, any suggestions? thinking about putting new exhaust on it but can't decide.

To be totally honest, adding an aftermarket intake and exhaust, will add more hp, but not much. From what I understand, Flowmasters sound better (I'm not partial to it), but Magnaflow's will give slightly more power. To maximize the hp, a programer or tuner (reputable one, not a $5 fleabay special) is your best bet.

 

well from what i understand a pipe setup doesn't suck up any more gas, and sounds better. the pipe i want for the sound. i was thinking of doing straight pipes but people told me to just get flowmasters or magnaflow so it doens't end up sounding like crap.
