I am gonna replace my existing rusting chrome tips with some polished SS tips. Any reccomendations on which ones I should get? I want something that give a little rumble...

 

depends on what you like, i have a 4 x 24 tip, real deep, but some say its too big, i like it,
a lot of people have 3.5 x 22 inch tips, good comprise between sound and size i used to have em, but they ended up looking to small.
You say you want rumble, the bigger the deeper, so id say a 4 inch tip for you, and as long as you can find them, usually 24 inches, just make sure they fit
just my two cents, but hey, its your truck..........
