Thumbs down leaking X pipe

I have a true dual exhust setup on my truck with a magnaflow X pipe and FLM super 40 mufflers 3.5 tips. and diameter of the pipe is 2.5 My questin is my x pipe keeps blowing the welds and leaking, so i am think abt just having it removed and 2 peces of pipe put in place..is this a good idea or will i be losing power from this?

You want the crossover. Helps with power & sound.

Get a quality X-pipe. I can't see why your welds would keep blowing the welds...?
