Hey I Was Wondering Which Brand Of Exhaust I Should Get Between Magnaflow And Flowmaster. I Have A 98 F150 4.6 4x4. I Also Want To Know What They Sound Like Because I Want A Deeper Sound Thanks Alot

 

I only recommend Flowmaster mufflers and systems to those that really are in love with their sound. Otherwise, they are inferior to Borla and Magnaflow.

 

Is the flowmaster any louder or is it just deeper because i want it to be a touch louder but either way i think im going to go with the flowmaster thanks

 

Flowmaster (40 series) is quite a bit louder than stock. Most Magnaflow mufflers would be just a little louder than stock.

 

i put a flowmaster on mine and its louder than stock but im still not satisfied with the loudness but magnaflow wont be as loud as flows.

 

go wih dynomax if u want it loud

 

My Flowmasters sound incredible not to loud and no interior resonance just low and raspy!!

i put on a flowmaster 40 series SI/DO and have it exiting in front of my right rear tire. it sounds better and better every time i run my truck. i love it! definitely recommend the flowmaster. good deep sound out of my 4.6 too!

 

Just got the 40 series on my 1998 4.6 last saturday Love the sound.....Nice low rumble, but not to loud (annoying). I got side-angle exit, this set-up looks awesome, in my opinion. Go w/ the Flow. I belive magna's are better performing, but if your just a daily driver, sound is more important, again that's my opinion.
