Just go to a muffler shop and get an estimate and if its a good price do it. Figure even at an hours labor could be like 55-70 bucks but it may only take them 10 minutes. Take it in get a price.

Most muffler shops won't touch your manifolds, they will only do from the manifolds back unless the muffler shop also does engine work (most don't). The reason being is because if the bolts break off it now becomes engine work. I wouldn't go to a dealership though, they will charge an arm and a leg. Go to a local general mechanic.

It completely sucks to replace them. I did one side of my 97 and it was not fun. I have a buddy that owns a shop and i helped him do it and it took us a good half a day working steady. Get out your torch and welder and pray they don't bust off. Not a very cheap repair but it will have to be done. Mine was bad enoguh i was getting exhaust fumes in the cab when i ran the vent. Defineatley go to a mechanic and not just a muffler shop. good luck buddy.

Got them done just one side for now 3.5 h labour@ 75$ not bad i think went with SS studs also new gasket. The guy who did it has done it before and yes it was a muffler shop. I figured they do them more often than a mechanic would seeing that it is the exhaust as far as i know there was only 1 broken stud.
