Decided On Exhaust - Which Company??

Okay, I couldn't wait until Monday. I just ordered my Magnaflow #15834 system. $383.88 delivered to my door. Local shop will install for @ $75.00. Thanks for the coupon code. I do appreciate it a lot!

NICE! I just had my Magnaflow 15834 system installed today and it sounds great. Just what I wanted. Not too loud and mellow at idle. Looks pretty nice too. I may play around with the tips a little to see if I like them in or out better, but other than that, it's a done deal. Next mod will be the mass air intake. Looking at the Airaid at this point as the #1 choice. Seems to be the best one. Anyway, just glad the exhaust is on now!

I don't know what Magnaflow was talking about, but this exhaust was available last October. I've had it on my truck since then, check it out in my gallery. The sound is great, and no drone whatsoever!

Thanks guys for making me aware of Hottexhaust.com and thanks to crittergitter for posting the coupon code. I just ordered my 15609 catback system from them and saved $92 over the best price I had found anywhere else on the net. Can't wait to get it and install it. Thank goodness for the new garage! I just ordered my exaust from them both coupons from this thread work and have the same discount i checked them both ways. I got the one out the side not the dual rear.... they said the install reimbursment is still good too but they dont combine with any other offer/coupon.... too bad if i could have scored that too..... oh well..... i dont think anything will go wrong on the install from all the good feedback but if i do ill post it.

Okay, I've had my Magnaflow #15834 SI/DO system on for several weeks now. The sound is great, I love the system, but one thing I'm noticing is the chrome tips that come with the system are turning gold and not staying chrome. I polished them once and they turn back to a gold color. It's like pipes on a motorcycle the way they're turning. Does anyone else have the same problem or did I just get a bumb set of tips?
