Question J.C. Whitney Gibson Exhaust

Just received my copy of J.C. Whitney catalog
number 629J..was thumbing through catalog
when I saw a Gibson Superflow Single Cat-Back Exhaust System for $279..with a 15% discount. Is this a good price??? and what kind of
sounds does it make, is it better than stock?
Does it really give more H.P.?

nyny,

With the 15% discount it sounds like a good price. Truckperformance wants 259 for it. As for sound, you won't get much, barely better than stock, but HP and mileage do get better.

K&N Filter, that I think makes a heck of a difference on this motor.
