Question Borla Cat-Back Performance Gains !?!

I am going to order a new BORLA CAT-BACK exhaust system for my 93 F-150 4X2 5.0. I was wondering what kind of HP gains I am looking at. The truck will be totally stock except for a K&N Air Filter and the BORLA exhaust ? I am thinking maybe 5hp does that sound about right ? Thanks !

5 hp with the Air Filter and about 15 with the exhaust.
