I am about to order a BORLA CAT-BACK EXHAUST for my 93 F-150 FlareSide 5.0 and I was wondering. How do they sound ? I want somthing thats a little deeper and a little louder but I don't want somthing realyl really loud maybe 35% louder than stock or somthing. Please let me know what you guys think about the sound of the BORLA system, thanks !

 

I have had my borla system on my 97 f-150 for about two months now, and i love it. I installed the dual out the back system, and it sounds great. It's not to loud, but it has the cool performance sound to it. Installation was a breeze (about 1.5 hours), and i have got nothing but positive compliments about it. Hope this helps.

 

Cool man thanks ! Thats what i am wanting just a little deeper and more racier sound. Do you know if their is any diffrence between the exhaust system of a 93 F-150 Styleside and a 93 F-150 Flare Side ? Because Borla just has it listed as Short Wheelbase on their site and it doesn't say anything about the style of the bed so I assume that the systems are the same.
