just wanted to say thank to everyone on the forum who gave me advice for my exhaust on my 4.6l v8 f150
i decided to go w/ the 50 series delta flow as it was recommended by many
IT SOUNDS AWESOME
Nice rumble accelerating and at cruising speeds it becomes quieter
w/ dual exhaust out the back w/ 3 1/2 in stainless tips
OTD at the muffler shop installed was $340

Hey Johns, I've got the same engine as you and I was also thinking about getting the exact same exhaust set-up. Where in florida did you have that done for $340 out the door???

They do an awesome job and have good prices
go with 3 1/2 in slash cut stainless steel pipes b/c they r the best size for ur truck... others look to small
also 50 series delta flow sounds really good and is not loud in the cab

 

That's a great deal... I've read all the other posts regarding the 50 series delta flow and it sounds like I can't go wrong! Thanks for the info... I'm gonna jump on this before I have time to change my mind.

 

yup its an awesome exhaust set up
the guy at the muffler shop said they were discontinuing it so u better get it fast
also a someone else i know said he got his for 300 bucks at dade muffler(he said he knew some1)
dont know nething bout them but i would go to miami mufflers b/c i know from many people that they do a really good job

While your tips are fresh get one of those foam paint brushes and paint the inside of your tips with high heat paint...kepps the scaling down and they always look new
