EGR Valve problems

I have a 95 F150 with the 5.8 liter engine. It has been giving code 32 for the EGR valve. I have replaced the solenoid, EGR valve, and position sensor. All the vacuum hoses seem undamaged and connected. What else could be wrong with the EGR system?

the egr sensor wiring could be bad and check the hoses sometimes they get caked up and wont flow anything for the sensor to read. look for a white scale substance the newer ones have a red scale substance. they get clogged sometimes.

It was my Vacuum Tank. It had several larger rust holes. Looks like a coffee can, on the passenger side, by the fender.
