Got New Flowmasters

I just got my new Flows its the whole catback system with the force II muffler and exiting on both sides behind the wheel. It sounds great. Its generally loud on accerlation and had a nice sound and stops. What iam wondering is a couple of things, if i get an intake would my exhaust be louder? WHerecan i get some nice slash cut exhaust tips, becuase the one that came with the exhaust are alittle small i want to go bigger. My next question, i have been having this promblem before i get a rattle towards the passager side. Now wheni get the new exhaust i have been gunning it more than before and now the sound has been getting bigger. My #1 guess is the CATs could there be something loose inside and finally when iam reving up the engine should there be alot of air coming out of the exhaust. Please if anyone can help i will appreciate it greatly.

noise up by the cats is most likly a loose shield..

Any good muffler shop should carry a selection of tips.

I think the rattling is probably a heatshield (very common problem with 97 & 98s)

This site's Online Store has a great selection of true stainless exhaust tips at great prices too. I was impressed! Too bad I found that out after buying mine at proexhaustlinc.com, really nice people there though.
