EGR sensor & EGR solenoid

I've taken my truck in 4 times now because of the check engine light. They replaced the EGR sensor twice and the EGR solenoid once. However, everytime I get my truck back and drive 10 or so miles, the light comes back on and gives the same message "Insufficient EGR flow detected". Does anyone know how to alleviate this? Frustrated!

-Which engine do you have?

-Are you taking the truck to a Ford dealer?

-Did they replace the EGR solenoid and the DPFE sensor?

-Do you know which DTC code?

-Did they clean the EGR ports?

Not a Ford dealer, GoodYear

They replaced both the solenoid and the sensor

I don't know what the code is...(I could probably find out)

Yes, they cleaned the EGR ports

*The mechanic told me there is an EGR valve that he is going to replace (apparently the third part of the 3).

my check engine light came on also and the diagnostic check said the same thing yours did. Where is the EGR valve and all that stuff? I'd rather just buy the parts and replace myself but have no clue what this part is.
Also, is this a serious problem? Ive driven it with the light on for a couple 100 miles and have noticed no problems at all
Thanks for the help
