Exhaust Question

I am running a True Dual Exhaust set up now, I have no mufflers but I still have my 4 converters. I am running 2'' pipe from my converters back to a 3'' tip.

My question is, If I changed the 2'' pipe coming back from my converters to a 3'' pipe, and changed my 3'' tips to a 4'' tip, is that going to make a big differance? Am I going to tell a difference in sound or performance? Or am I going to tell a difference in both?

This question is dealing with Catalytic Converters. Is it worth the trouble to get rid of the factory 4 cats and put on the High Flow Cats? Has any problems came out of the High Flow Cats? Any check engine lights comeing on, Are they worth the money and the possible trouble that can accour from them?

Any info will help

Thanks

What motor do you have? Dual 3" tue dual pipes are too big for anything close to stock engines, even the 5.4L. I would guess, 2" for V6, 2.25" for 4.6L and 2.5" for 5.4L engines that are near stock.

As for high flow cats, I do not have much advice. The Lightning owners get soem benefit, but I do not know about naturally aspirated engines.
