4" Exhaust Tips On F150???

I have three inch slash tips on my truck right now and I was thinking of taking them off and goig with four inch tips. Does anyone have pics of a truck with them on, or ever seen them on our trucks?? I am wondering if they look to big. Just want to know before spending the cash.

The 4" tips look right at home. I see 4x4s all around Houston and across TX. just like that. This past weekend I installed the Magnaflow #15609 w/ the 4" SS tip and it looks great.

Got any pics of that?? I am looking at replacing my dual rear exit tips and the 3" I have on there now looks alittle small. Pics would be great.

sorry no pics here
in my opinion the 3" tips too small, 3.5" looks better, and the 4" tips look just right. and just think the bigger the tips the better the sound

Check out my gallery. I've got a few pics of my Magnaflow 15609 SISO system installed. I agree that the 4" polished SS tip on my system looks real good exiting the truck behind the passenger rear wheel.

These are on Jimmy Lee's truck. I think they are 5" tips. They look bada$$ to me.

FWIW, I think 4 or 5" tips look bad when they are connected to a 2-2.5" pipe. IMHO, 3.5" looks right for dual out back with 2.5" pipes. The 4" tip on the Magnaflow system also looks good, but the pipe is 3" diameter.

That is my concern, I don't want it to look dumb. The tips are so long though that you can't see the pipe though. Those 5" tips are HUGH, I think 4" is better. I looked at my invoice and I have 3.5" tips right now, I don't know if it is worth the money to go to 4" tips.
