Ok guys, sorry it took me so long to post some more info of how I like it. I didn't get tips, I just had it dumped. It's a SI/DO. I love the sound. It sounds tough. Not overy loud, I wanted it that way so I don't draw too much attention from cops. It is a little loud in the cab, but I like it that way. I haven't noticed too much difference in power, maybe just a little in the low end.

Glad to hear you got it installed. I have some questions for ya. I am getting ready to do the same thing.

What all did you get in the Catback Kit ? mufflers and what else ?
Any major gas mileage difference ? How does it excelerate now ? from stock to now how much louder is it in the cab by percentage (10%, 15% ? ).

Let me give you some sort of Idea of what I am looking for here. I put a K&N-Stock replacement in my truck an noticed that its a bit snappier of the line (not majorly but some). the gas mileage went up about 2mpg's. Its not much but I will take what I can get right now. over all it just seems to run a bit smoother. There is more intake noise under heavy exceleration but I can deal with it.

So if you could let me know, that would be way cool

Well, I didn't get the cat-back system. I just ordered a SI/DO muffler and had it installed in place of the old muffler. I also had it dumped. The cat-back is going to give you some larger diameter piping I think, and a stainless steel tip. I just don't think it is worth all the extra $. I payed $170 total for everything, including install.

Now, it is kind of loud in the cab, but I think that is due to the dumps. If you had it out the side or rear with tips, it probably wouldn't be as loud. I like the fact that I can hear it. I can't really say a percentage, because my stock exhaust could never really be heard in the cab. I did notice a little power off the line. But, so far thats it. I can't say as far as mpg goes. I think I gained a little, but I never really have estimated my mpg before.

My current setup is chopped off rear cat into a FLowmaster 40 series original SI/DO dumped underneath. Its really loud... a lil' too loud in the cab sometimes. Oh and this is on a '90 F150 w/ 351w
